Putting the client’s business needs in prospective is first and foremost with Mike. He understands the needs and concerns of business owners. Mike’s real estate background is unique because he has been an entrepreneur for more than 23 years. Mike now utilizes his talents and experience to work for other’s commercial needs.
Starting with an electrical contracting business, Mike has built, managed and sold more than eight different businesses. His licensed expertise in construction lends experience to buyers to weigh remodeling costs versus new construction. Mike has built and owned car washes, apartments, ranches and developed raw land as well as a recreational building and industrial warehouse.
A priority in Mike’s life is his family. Mike has been married to Deborah for more than 26 years. Their family includes twins: Courtney and Travis. Both children are now grown and attending college. Mike and his family enjoy sports. Mike has enjoyed coaching baseball and softball for a number of years.
Primary to Mike is his faith in God. One of Mike’s favorite verses that exemplifies his passion for his work is Colossians 3:23:
Whatever you do work at it with all your heart,
